What you'll do:

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems

Work independently and collaboratively to ensure efficient service calls

Maintain company service vans and keep them stocked with essential parts and tools
We're looking for someone who:
-
Has a minimum of two years experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems

Possesses a strong electrical and mechanical background (a plus!)

Must possess EPA certification (universal preferred)

Holds a valid NC Driver's License and boasts a clean driving record

Takes pride in exceeding customer expectations with excellent communication skills

Comes equipped with basic hand tools, gauges, and meters

Qualifications:

HVAC Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in an HVAC mechanical support role OR an equivalent combination of vocational training and relevant work experience.

Technical Skills: Possesses strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills and the ability to complete repairs and accurately document all work performed.

Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills is crucial.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Thrives in a multitasking environment with minimal supervision, and can effectively follow written and oral instructions.

Background Checks: Must pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to undergo additional background checks, including DMV and criminal history checks.
